eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the leading back office workforce optimisation company, announces that Bob Krakauer has today resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Aspect Software Inc. (“Aspect”).  In the light of his substantial experience in global technology companies, Bob will remain on the board of eg in a non-executive capacity and will now be considered to be wholly independent.

Bob was initially appointed to the board of eg in August 2015 as board representative of Aspect which has a 9.5% interest in the Company and with whom eg has a strategic partnership and re-seller agreement dating back to February 2013. The Company is no longer obliged to have an Aspect representative on its board under the terms of that agreement and will not therefore be making a further board appointment on Aspect’s behalf.
